BOISE, Idaho — Final arguments in the triple-murder trial against an Idaho man accused of killing his ex-wife and current wife’s two youngest children are expected Wednesday. Once final arguments are finished, the jury will be tasked to deliberate on a verdict.
Chad Daybell, 55, the husband of convicted killer Lori Vallow, 50, is standing trial for his alleged role in the deaths of Tylee Ryan, 16, JJ Vallow, 7, and Tammy Daybell, 49.
He faces three counts of first-degree murder, insurance fraud, and conspiracy to commit murder and grand theft in connection with the three deaths.
