Georgia State Trooper Takes Down Protester at Anti-Israel Rally

A protester was tackled by a law enforcement officer during an anti-Israel demonstration at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. Video footage shows the trooper chasing and tackling the individual amidst a crowd at the event. Several protesters were arrested on campus, in response to ongoing protests against the war between Israel and the Hamas terrorist group. Approximately 28 people were arrested at the scene, with law enforcement officers from various agencies involved in handling the situation. Meanwhile, similar protests were reported at other university campuses across the country, with some resulting in arrests and confrontations with law enforcement. In contrast, Liberty University students gathered to worship on their campus’ lawn in Lynchburg, Virginia, as a peaceful response to the ongoing protests. Liberty University Chancellor Jonathan Falwell praised the students for reflecting the love of Christ in a time of anger and unrest on college campuses.
