Thirteen suspects were indicted by a Caddo Parish Grand Jury on Wednesday, including six for murder and seven for sex crimes. Among the cases, two Shreveport men and one from Fort Worth, Texas, were accused of the fatal shooting of an infant.

The first indictment is related to the shooting death of Jtorryon Williams, 20, who was shot multiple times in a parking lot in Shreveport. Two men, Jadavion Decorey Cooper, 21, and Dequavion Dangelo Pouncy, 19, were separately indicted for second-degree murder in connection with Williams’ death.

Three other men were indicted for the slaying of one-year-old Karter Martin and the attempted murder of Isaiah Cooks. The incident occurred when the shooters opened fire on an apartment, resulting in the baby being struck by a single bullet.

Another murder indictment involves the killing of Dwight Green, who was shot and killed while barbecuing in front of friends and family.

Due to the nature of the crimes, the details of the seven indictments related to sexual offenses were sealed. The suspects facing charges of first-degree rape include Frank Mazen Jr., Timothy Tippit III, Christopher Dewayne Christaw, Taurrez Richardson, Dustin Metcalf, James Lamont Washington, and Daniel Havis.
