Christian finance expert Dave Ramsey has stepped up to host a conference in support of Israel after the original venue pulled out due to threats. The Israel Summit, a first-of-its-kind event created in response to attacks by Hamas, was left scrambling for a new location after the Sonesta Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee backed out of hosting the event scheduled for May 20-22.
Ramsey’s company, Ramsey Solutions, along with co-host Joshua Waller, have confirmed that the conference will now be held at the Ramsey Solutions Arena in Nashville. The event, which includes a gala dinner, concert, and speaker conference, has already sold out its most expensive and exclusive tickets. Tickets are still available on the event’s website, although the location has not been listed.
Sponsored by the podcast “Israel Guys,” the summit will feature over a dozen speakers, including former presidential candidate Michele Bachmann. In the ongoing conflict with Hamas in Gaza, Israel is facing challenges with some 134 hostages still held by the terrorist group.
